The buffet serves up a whole range of dishes that cover Japanese, Western, and Chinese tastes. The shabu shabu corner, where you can get pork, lamb, and Snow Crab Stick shabu shabu, is hugely popular. Enjoy them to the fullest together with vegetables from the farms surrounding Rusutsu. There's a monthly cooking fair that uses fresh vegetables. What's more, there are plenty of desserts on offer too.

Savor the chef's various original dishes, which use ingredients produced in Hokkaido or the areas surrounding Rusutsu. For instance, there's the spaghetti bolognese made with Yezo deer meat and beef, and the green curry filled with vegetables harvested at the foot of Mt. Yotei. The restaurant is a great place to take a break from the Amusement Park, golf course or skifield.
