This Japanese restaurant features professionally selected seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, including local vegetables and seafood purchased direct from a market in the port town. Elaborately prepared so as to bring out the best in each ingredient, the exquisitely presented dishes deserve to be called works of art. Let your five senses indulge in this fine Japanese cuisine.
