・BIGRUNS BUS is a transportation service for overnight guests staying at Rusutsu Resort.
・Bookings are accepted until 24:00, 7 days in advance. Booking requests are required in advance, and the bus will not be running if there are no bookings.
・The bus fare will be charged to your room.
・Please provide us with the main guest’s name, the guest’s mobile phone number, the number of passengers and flight number.
・The bus will depart on time. We will not be able to wait for passengers who haven’t shown up by the check-in time.
・If you are unable to board the bus, you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs.
・The bus might be delayed due to road or weather conditions to ensure your safety.
・The bus schedule, routes, etc. are subject to change without notice to ensure safety or due to weather conditions, changes in flight schedules, etc.
・This bus may be substituted by a jumbo taxi or a taxi, depending on the circumstances.
・Only skis, snowboards, golf bags and suitucases for overnight stays (clothes, etc.) are allowed as your carry-on baggage. Please note that passengers may not bring snowscoots, bikes, etc. on board the bus nor check them into the luggage hold.
・Passengers must not wear ski boots or hardboots for snowboarding while onboard.
・Please note that pets are not allowed onboard. “Pets” include all animals except service dogs (seeing-eye dogs, hearing dogs, etc.) and dogs with equivalent abilities.
・To cancel your booking, the following cancellation fee schedule applies.
(one day before the departure: 40% of the total amount / the departure day: 50% of the total amount/ cancellation after the departure or no-show: 100%)
