Winter SeasonRUSUTSU EXPRESS (Advance reservation required)
This is a paid bus service operating between Sapporo and Rusutsu Resort.

- Fare (tax included)

・Online reservation : 3,000 JPY
(One-way / per seat, advance payment required, by 15:00 on the day before)
*The same fare applies to both adults and children.
*Children aged 4 and above require a paid seat reservation.
*Children aged 3 and under may travel free of charge if seated on a parent’s lap.
*Free of charge for K-Winter Pass holders.

・If you wish to cancel, please complete the cancellation procedure yourself before the bus departure time.
・Day of depature (before service)：0% of the fare
・No-show or cancellation after departure on the day of depature：100% of the fare

・Online reserve by clicking the “RESERVATION” button no later than 15:00 on the day before your travel date.
・Reservations cannot be made after the deadline.
・If you wish to make a booking without using the online reservation system, please click the “Contact” button and submit the required information.
・To change the number of passengers or travel date, please cancel your existing reservation and request a refund yourself, then make a new reservation with your preferred details.

The information centre is located 2 minutes’ walk from the South Exit of JR Sapporo Station. Located on southeast of Asty 45, south of Hotel Gracery Sapporo.
The boarding location will be announced on the morning of your departure. Please check the information before boarding.
*Renovation work is scheduled to begin in late October 2026. During construction, the location of the information desk and bus boarding point may be difficult to identify. Please also note that the restrooms inside the building will be unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.
