- Do you accept same-day bookings?
- Yes. It's possible as long as there is a vacancy. Bookings are accepted until 30 minutes before the lesson, as long as the participants are fully prepared to start (clothing, rental, lift pass etc.).

- Where do the lessons take place?
- Rusutsu instructors conduct lessons on all three mountains. Your Instructor will guide you to the most appropriate terrain, for your skill level.

- Can I choose an instructor?
- You can select your instructor for private lessons (not for group lessons). Please note that we may not always be able to meet your request.

Please note the following cancellation policy will apply to all bookings:
・More than 30 days before your lesson AND prior to payment: 0% cancellation fee.
・After payment (regardless of time until lesson): 10% cancellation fee.
・Between 30 days and 7 days before your lesson: 10% cancellation fee.
・Between 7 days and 72 hours before your lesson: 30% cancellation fee.
・Within 72 hours of your lesson: 100% cancellation fee.
*Please be aware that cancellation fees will also apply when booking adjustments result in a reduction of the overall package price.
・For guests new to Rusutsu and first time (level 1) customers. Please sign-in at the international school reception desk at least 30 minutes before the lesson starts. In peak season, we encourage guests to sign-in the day before their first lesson.
・Costs of equipment rental and lift tickets are not included in the lesson fee. Please complete rental procedure and purchase the appropriate lift ticket before your lesson starts. (Lift tickets are not required for guests taking level-1 classes for the first two hours.)
・Please note, the school reception desk, rental stores and lift ticket offices are all located in different locations. Please allow for sufficient time. ln peak season rental stores will be crowded, we recommend allowing plenty of time to rent equipment.
・If you are running late for compelling reasons, please be sure to let the international school reception team know. Guests taking the monorail from The Westin are advised to allow for additional time.
・If the lift services are suspended due to inclement weather, the lessons may be modified or cancelled. Even in poor weather conditions, the lessons take place as long as there are two or more lifts in service.
・Any cancellation based on customers' discretion may be subject to a cancellation charge.
・Please note that the reception phone tends to be busy right before the lessons begin.
・Students are expected to be proficient in English as the lessons are provided in English. The lessons are not available in other languages.
