・Please return your rented bike by 17:00.
・You cannot ride the bike on the premises of Rusutsu Resort.
・We do not provide trail information.
・If damage occurs to your rented bike during the rental period, you will be billed at cost.
・You will be asked to sign the application form. Please be careful to avoid accidents or injury during the rental period.
・Mountain bikes for children are also available (limited number available).
*You can rent a bed guard (it covers a part of the side of the bed) for free.
*Some beds cannot be installed, depending on the guest room.
*The number of each equipment type is limited, so please inquire at the General Reservations Center (Phone: +81-136-46-3111) in advance.

*The carts cannot be driven inside the hotel building.

*The carts use electricity and cannot be used in the rain as there is a risk of electric shock.
*The company accepts no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the rental of electric carts. In the event of damage to the facilities or to the electric carts, the customer will be responsible for the actual costs.
