With a focus on Hokkaido ingredients, our custard cream is rich, fluffy and smooth, made with milk from Biei and red eggs. Cream puffs are carefully filled by hand while you wait.
The puff pastry is made from Hokkaido wheat "Yumechikara" and "Kitahonami", with accents of "almonds" and "soy", and freshly baked in our shop.
Our bread is made from a blend of speciality Hokkaido wheat, including Yumechikara, Kitahonami and Haruyutaka, and freshly baked daily in the hotel.
The fluffy bread is kneaded with yacon water, which is made by boiling the local vegetable yacon, so that they remain moist and soft even after multiple days.
With a focus on Hokkaido ingredients, we offer a wide range of cakes from classic shortcakes and puddings to pies and tarts using delicious seasonal fruit. We also have flourless and vegan options to available.
