The lobster is from Australia and the chilli sauce is an original blend of two sauces.
A lightly salted stir-fry with prawn miso. Full mild taste flavor.
The original sweet and sour pork is made from a blend of white wine vinegar, apple vinegar and grain vinegar. Black colour due to the use of Chinese tamari soy sauce, but it has a rich and fruity flavour that you would never guess from its appearance.
