The varied buffet menu includes generous amounts of carefully selected delicacies from across Hokkaido. At the salad bar, you'll find an abundance of over ten kinds of vegetables. Some dishes are prepared right in front you: the menu options for live cooking include katte don ("as-you-wish rice bowl") and grilled dishes for dinner, as well as grilled fish and Pancake for breakfast.
