How to register for the Rusutsu Resort Commercial Partnership Program

1. First send a commercial partnership application form to the Commercial ticket office via email. Please include all required supporting documentation (Certificate of insurance, Photo of uniform etc.).
2. The review process may take approximately two weeks, email you if need more information.
3. Upon receipt of the application an email will be sent confirming the application has been received and is under review.
4. Once registration has been confirmed. Please visit the main ticket office (Center office) to complete registration, confirm payment and collect badges & Commercial Season Passes (if applicable).

5. If you wish make bank transfer, please tick bank transfer on the registration form, we will then send the relevant bank details via email.
6. After payment has been confirmed, commercial badge(s) will then be issued.
7. Please purchase any commercial lift tickets or commercial season passes at least two days prior to the first lesson start date. Please note, commercial season pass applications can be made at the Center ticket office while confirming registration and collecting any commercial badges.
8. Please ensure all commercial partner lessons are conducted while clearly displaying the commercial badge, pre-registered uniform and ensure all staff have the correct commercial lift tickets while operating.
9. When meeting customers for lessons within Rusutsu Resort, please only use the official commercial meeting point. Meeting customers anywhere other than the designated commercial-only meeting area is strictly prohibited.
