・The ‘Big Runs Bus’ service is exclusively for Rusutsu Resort guests. No tour guides or interpreters will accompany.
・Please provide us with the main guest’s name, the guest’s mobile phone number, the number of passengers and flight number.
・The bus will depart on time. We will not be able to wait for passengers who haven’t shown up by the check-in time.
・If you are unable to board the bus, you will be responsible for your own travel arrangements and costs.
・The bus might be delayed due to road or weather conditions to ensure your safety.
・The bus schedule, routes, etc. are subject to change without notice to ensure safety or due to weather conditions, changes in flight schedules, etc.
・This bus may be substituted by a jumbo taxi or a taxi, depending on the circumstances.
・Only skis, snowboards and suitucases for overnight stays (clothes, etc.) are allowed as your carry-on baggage.
・Please note that passengers may not bring snowscoots, bikes, etc. on board the bus nor check them into the luggage hold.
・Passengers must not wear ski boots or hardboots for snowboarding while onboard.
・Please note that pets are not allowed onboard. “Pets” include all animals except service dogs (seeing-eye dogs, hearing dogs, etc.) and dogs with equivalent abilities.

Advance reservation required
*Reservations are accepted until 24:00, 7 days before departure.
*Buses without reservations by the closing date and time will be canceled.
*The bus will not stop at locations without reservations.

Cancellation fee
・The day before the reserved bus：40% of the travel fare
・On the day of the reserved bus before departure : 50% of the travel fare
・No contact or no-show after the departure of the reserved bus : 100% of the travel fare
