Learn to ski happily in English! Make friends in Samurai Kids Ski Lessons!

Starting from the 2023-24 season, Rusutsu Ski Resort has renewed the Kids Park and Kids Lessons under the new unified brand “Samurai Kids,” with the concept of ensuring even small children can enjoy the snow world safely and securely. In this blog, we’ll introduce “Samurai Kids Ski Lessons,” where children can enjoy skiing in English with overseas instructors.

Improve your skills while having fun

In “Samurai Kids Ski Lessons,” each child can receive lessons tailored to their skills. For ages 4 to 7, we offer small group lessons, with one instructor assigned to a maximum of six children. This allows even beginners to feel comfortable during their first skiing.

Experienced instructors communicate with the children in English friendly, cheering them on together, playing in the snow. And teach them how to ski. Japanese-speaking or bilingual staff are also available for support. All staff members do their best to ensure that both Japanese and overseas children can feel safe and comfortable during lessons and breaks.

Easy transportation with the dedicated escalator for lessons

The Samurai Kids Lessons area is equipped with a snow escalator. This allows children to move around easily without having to climb the slope every time. There will be more time for them to focus on their lessons.

Additionally, Samurai Kids’ cards and stickers are given out during lessons. The card includes four levels: Trainee Samurai, Beginner Samurai, Intermediate Samurai, and Advanced Samurai. Don’t forget to check off with the instructor after the lesson or during breaks.

Enjoy with meal-inclusive plans

In addition to the 2.5-hour lesson course, we also offer courses with meals included. In the warm break room, nutritious boxed lunches along with options like hot cocoa or juice are provided for you to enjoy with your instructor and other friends. Warm up your cold body from the morning lesson, and get ready for the afternoon lesson!

We also have coloring sheets and games in the break room. During the break, you can play and communicate with friends from various countries.

This winter, why not try a Samurai Kids Ski Lesson for a new experience where you can not only improve your skiing skills but also communicate with friends from different countries?
