Refresh after skiing with a relaxing massage.

With the arrival of winter, Rusutsu Resort comes alive with guests enjoying skiing, snowboarding, and fun in the snow. After a day out in the cold, unwind in our warm hot springs and indulge in a relaxing massage.

Resort Massage to Restore Your Body After Skiing

After skiing, fatigue builds up throughout the body—from the neck, shoulders, and back to the lower back and legs.
In our massage room, each treatment is tailored to your individual condition, with careful consultation beforehand.
The 30-minute course focuses on key areas of concern with a targeted partial-body treatment, the 60-minute course provides a well-balanced full-body massage, and the 90-minute course offers a thorough, unhurried full-body treatment that leads you into deep relaxation.

Foot care is recommended for tired legs.

Beginners and those returning to skiing after a long break are especially prone to leg fatigue.
Our foot care treatment uses oil-based reflexology to gently massage and relieve tired feet.
By adding a 30-minute below-the-knee foot care session, your legs will feel refreshed and lighter—so you can enjoy skiing again the next day with renewed energy.

Achieve peak condition by combining your massage with a hot spring soak.

Spend the morning and early afternoon on the slopes, warm your body in the hot springs, reset your fatigue with a massage, and then head to dinner.
This is the ultimate indulgent routine unique to a ski resort stay. By preventing fatigue from carrying over, your performance the next morning improves significantly.
Many guests staying for longer periods choose to make massage part of their daily routine, and some even book their massage at the same time as their room reservation.

Refresh with Ease at Two Convenient Locations

We offer two massage locations: next to Kotobuki no Yu on the 6th floor of the North Wing, and at the back of the elevator hall on the 1st floor of The Westin Rusutsu Resort.
Appointments are available on the same day subject to availability, with 2:00–4:00 PM being a relatively quiet time.
Even if the North Wing is fully booked, there may still be openings at The Westin location.
We recommend using the monorail to reach our massage rooms and enjoy a relaxing treatment during your stay.
