Slow-roasted rotisserie chicken
Whole chickens with a crispy skin, delicious aroma and moist, juicy meat. The chicken is freshly cooked before being cut into pieces. Or choose the chicken to be served whole and carve it yourself.
Grilled burger with chef's special gourmet patty served with fresh vegetables
Our burgers, are made from 100% mouth-watering beef or 100% lamb from our own Rusutsu Farm. The buns are freshly made in the hotel from wholemeal flour. There is also a vegan burger made with soy meat and served on a bun made with coconut milk instead of butter or milk.
