The sole menu option is the chef's choice course made with select ingredients. The theme of the course is "Guilt-Free" dining, where white sugar, mirin, and wheat flour are not used at all. Blue agave syrup is used for sweetness. We offer the creative cuisine that emphasizes conscious of tuning the body from the inside. And the unique and healthy sushi used two colors of Shari (Sushi rice), black and blue. Enjoy watching a culinary artisan's handiwork unfold across the counter.
