Starting 10/01/2026 (Sat), Wellness Center Zyu will introduce Personal Training and Conditioning Care services. Tailored, made-to-order programs are designed to suit each individual’s physical condition and goals, from beginners to advanced participants. These programs are recommended not only for performance improvement, but also for fatigue recovery and overall conditioning.
