[Ticket Issuance]
For online purchases, a QR code will be issued at the time of purchase. After the ski area opens, tickets can be issued by scanning the QR code at a Pick-up Box (automatic ticket machine).

Remarks

・Valid only at Rusutsu Resort Ski Area. This ticket cannot be used at Sapporo Teine or Sahoro Resort.
・The ticket cannot be shared among multiple people.
・Rusutsu Resort accepts no liability for theft, loss, disappearance or damage to the ticket.
・Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, extended beyond the validity period, or cancelled.
・This ticket is an IC card. No deposit is required.
・When purchasing senior or youth tickets, you will be required to present an ID (e.g. passport, driving licence, health insurance card, student ID card, etc.) that verifies your age. When purchasing online, you will be asked to upload a photo of an ID document that confirms your age. The age will be verified in accordance with the passport. If the documents are incomplete, the purchase may be cancelled.

*Rusutsu Resort will cancel any tickets obtained by illegal means, or purchased from an un-authorised third party. Please note tickets cannot be re-sold or exchanged under any circumstances as this violates the agreement of the cableway service agreement. Tickets purchased online via re-sale sites; auction sites may be subject to cancellation. Please note customers who purchase these tickets will not be eligible for a refund or any other compensation.
