Route Search Made Easy! Introducing the Digital Hotel Map
Open the Digital Hotel Map on Your Smartphone
The Digital Hotel Map requires no app download and can be accessed online. You can scan QR code cards or posters displayed within the facility, or use the link provided below. The map includes both the Rusutsu Resort Hotel & Convention and The Westin Rusutsu Resort. You can switch languages by tapping the button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Find Locations Within the Hotel
If you’re looking for a specific facility, tap the icon of the corresponding “hotel.” Next, select the desired “floor” from the options displayed on the left to view the map of that floor. Navigate the map by moving a single finger up, down, left, or right on the screen. You can also pinch in or out with two fingers to zoom and adjust the size and position for better visibility while searching for your destination.
Route Search to Your Desired Destination
Tap “Direction” at the bottom of the screen and select your “Destination.” From the list of spot names displayed below, choose where you want to go. Next, tap “Point of departure” and select your current location to display the shortest route.
In situations where stairs or escalators are not accessible, e.g. with a wheelchair, baby carriage or luggage on a trolley, select “Accessible” from “Direction”. A route using ramps or lifts will be displayed.
In some cases, a route that is easier to understand than the shortest distance may be displayed, so it is recommended to check once even if you are able to use the stairs.
View Detailed Information About Spots of Interest
Tap “Floor Guide” at the bottom of the screen to display a list of spot names. Slide upward with your finger to browse more options. Selecting a spot will reveal detailed information, including photos and links.
Explore Other Convenient Features
By tapping the black section next to the hotel name displayed in the top-right corner, you can switch between hotels. There are many additional features not covered here. Make full use of the Digital Hotel Map to enjoy an even more fulfilling stay!
