Rusutsu Resort offers excellent slope conditions even in March! The slopes of Mt. Isola and Mt. East, many of the slopes face north or northeast, so even in March, the time exposed to direct sunlight is relatively short, and good quality snow that does not feel heavy at all like spring snow tends to remain. Sometimes, even in March, there are days when it snows as good as midwinter, and on those days, you can enjoy the fluffy powder snow to the fullest.
