・Small child (Ages 4-5) 1,750 JPY

*The admission fee includes the hot spring and public bath admission fee (regular fee: Adults 1,800 JPY / Children 900 JPY). However, 15–64 ages guests are required to pay a separate hot spring tax of 150 JPY per person.
*Please note that Resort Tickets and Amusement Park Tickets are not included. For your visit, we recommend the value-packed Campsite Plan with Resort 1 Day Ticket.

Stay for consecutive nights and get a 10% discount on site rental + entrance fee from the second night onwards.

Please note the following cancellation fee will be charged depending on the time/date of cancellation.
・No Show (no advanced cancellation request) 100%
・Cancellation on the day: 100%
・Cancellation received 1 day prior to arrival date: 50%
*Reservations can be cancelled online up 15:00 on the day before arrival. For later cancellations, please be sure to contact the campsite directly.
*The campsite may be forced to close due to safety concerns in adverse weather conditions.

In the following cases, no cancellation fee will be applied. ・When the campsite is closed.
・When a typhoon storm warning has been issued for the local area by the Japan Meteorological Agency.
・When the Japan Meteorological Agency have issued a weather warning to the area, on the day of check-in.
・When the Japan Meteorological Agency have issued a weather warning to the area, the day before the check-in date, and it is unclear if the weather will improve.

・Please complete the payment in advance by credit card when making an online reservation.

・Vehicles may enter and exit the campsite between 08:00 – 16:00. Please follow the signs and drive slowly.
・The parking can hold 70 cars. It is close to the tent site, so you can easily carry your gear to the site (*If the parking is full, please use the general parking area).
・Free for overnight guests (Payment is required before check-in or after check-out).
・You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling your rental tent by yourself.
・Please enquire in advance if you are using a campervan or trailer. Depending on the type and size of the vehicle, it may not be possible to use this facility.

・Please drive slowly in the resort. Do not park your car outside the parking area.
・Pets are not allowed.
・Guests are not permitted to cook on open flames or build a campfire on the ground (except at sites equipped with a fire pit). Please be sure to place BBQ or build a campfire on a heat resistant base. Rental is available.
・When leaving your tent, please be sure to keep food out of the reach of animals like crows and foxes.
・When playing with handheld fireworks, please be sure to enjoy them in the designated area.
・During the fireworks festival from 20:00 to 21:15, we ask guests to refrain from moving between the hotel and Camp Village for your safety.
・Portable generators are prohibited, however portable power supplies are available for rental.
・Loud equipment is prohibited, please be careful when listening to music from personal speakers, car speakers etc.
・Administration Office will be open until 17:00, Please call us your inquiries after 17:00.
・Between 22:00 – 06:00 is considered quiet time. Please finish bathing by 21:30.
・Please take your garbage back home or drop it off in the designated place.
・Please use transparent garbage bag. We can only accept garbage in these transparent bags.
