K-WINTER PASS

Multi-resort lift ticket that you can ski at Kamori Kanko Group’s four ski resorts (Rusutsu Resort, Sapporo Teine, Tokachi Sahoro Resort, Nakayama-Toge Ski Area).

HOW TO BUY A KWP

If you buy a KWP at the ticket counter

Please select your home ski resort.

This will be your main resort where payments are made and IC card are issued during the season. We suggest choosing the ski resort that you use most frequently.
If you select Sapporo Teine or Tokachi Sahoro Resort as your home ski resort, apply from each of the ski resorts’ official website.

*A fee of 3,000 JPY will be charged for changing the home ski resort after application. (Settlement at the Changed Ski Resort)

You can buy a KWP at the center ticket counter on the grand floor of Rusustu Resort Hotel & Convention (you cannot buy a KWP at the West ticket counter or the East ticket counter).
When you buy a KWP at the ticket counter, fill out the application form and bring a photo of your face (3cm W x 4cm H). If you are a repeater, bring your last season pass.

*The Center ticket office opening days are the same as the ski resort and amusement park. Generally, 08:15-16:15 (Winter Season) or 08:45-16:15 (Green Season). Please note, ticket office opening times may be subject to change.

The Cancellation Warranty Scheme

When purchasing KWP, you can pay an warranty fee of 11,000 JPY per ticket. If all of the following conditions are met, a refund is possible. *Refunds apply only to the KWP fee.

Change of Home Ski Resort

A fee of 3,000 JPY will be charged for changing the home ski resort after application. For example, if you applied for KWP at Sapporo Teine but want to pick up your KWP IC card at Rusutsu Resort, a change fee will be charged. Please note that for Gold and Premium KWP, depending on availability, it may not be possible to change the home ski resort.

If you purchase a KWP for the 2024–25 season, you’ll be able to purchase a KWP for the 2025–26 season at a discount as a “Repeater” benefit.
The discount applies regardless of your grade (for example, even if your purchased for last season was Standard and you are applying for Gold this year, the discount still applies).

If you purchase a KWP for the first time and have been introduced by a repeater who purchased the 2024–25 KWP, you will receive a discount.

Rusutsu Resort has created a partnership featuring the world’s greatest ski pass, “Epic Pass.”

Rusutsu Resort has entered a long-term agreement with the world’s top ski resort, Vail Resorts, joining the world’s greatest ski passes “Epic Pass,” “Epic Local Pass,” and “Epic Australia Pass.”

With the K-WINTER PASS, you can buy a one-day lift ticket at a 50% discount at all the ski resorts owned and operated by Vail Resorts.
When you buy the ticket, you have to show your KWP and a copy of your passport or a screenshot of it on your mobile phone.
The 50% discount only applies to the purchase of a one-day ticket, but not to a half-day ticket or a two-day ticket.

Private Parking Area

Premium and Gold KWP holders are provided with parking areas in convenient locations. Premium pass holders can use the KWP private parking areas at all KWP eligible ski resorts. Gold KWP holders can only use the KWP private parking areas at their home ski resort.

Please note that the KWP private parking areas on the West Mt. side of Rusutsu Resort has a gate system. Premium KWP holders and Gold KWP holders (limited to Rusutsu Resort as the home ski resort) can enter and exit by tapping their KWP IC cards on the card reader.

Bathing Facility Benefits

K-WINTER PASS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Article 1 [Name and Purpose]
This ski season pass is named K-Winter Pass (hereinafter referred to as “KWP”). It allows users to access KAMORI KANKO CO., LTD.’s ski resort and other facilities (hereinafter referred to as “eligible ski resorts”), and is intended to enrich and develop resort life in which people and nature can thrive in harmony through healthy sports and leisure.

Article 2 [Definition]
Terms used in this agreement are defined as follows.
(1) “KWP” refers to the card which is issued when application based on prescribed procedures and fee payment is made to KAMORI KANKO within the designated period.
(2) “The owner” refers to the person whose name is written on the application form for purchasing the KWP.
(3) “KWP services” are boarding services including for lifts, as well as special offers, specified separately, that users can receive by presenting KWP at eligible ski resorts.
(4) “Suspension” refers to temporary inaccessibility to KWP services at eligible ski resorts.
(5) “Termination” refers to the eligible person’s KWP becoming permanently invalidated.

Article 3 [Amendment of Agreement]
1. This agreement is subject to being changed by KAMORI KANKO without receiving the owner’s acknowledgement. In this case, the post-amendment agreement shall apply to the terms of use.
2. With the exception of separately prescribed situations, membership agreements post-amendment shall be effective upon being displayed on KAMORI KANKO’s website.

Article 4 [Purchase]
1. Those who wish to purchase a KWP shall apply and purchase according to methods prescribed by KAMORI KANKO.
2. The date of purchase of the KWP shall be on the prescribed date that the application is made and payment is received. KAMORI KANKO will conduct pass issuance from the date of purchase.

Article 5 [Prohibitions]
The following action is prohibited for KWP.
(1) Transferring KWP or its usage rights to a third party, changing KWP’s holder name, setting a right of pledge or using it as collateral, and any other similar conduct.
(2) Use of KWP by a third party who is not the original KWP holder.
(3) Altering or falsifying KWP.
(4) Using KWP for commercial conduct at eligible ski resorts.

Article 6 [Obligation of Presenting KWP]
The KWP holder must present the KWP to receive KWP services at an eligible ski resort. If the KWP is not presented, charges will incur according to the service content of the facility used.

Article 7 [Cancellation of Contract]
1. The KWP owner shall notify KAMORI KANKO of cancellation of the membership contract.
2. After purchasing KWP, the price paid for KWP or any other payments will not be refunded regardless of reason, unless the KWP is cancelled within a specified period through “the cancellation warranty scheme”.

Article 8 [Loss or Damage of KWP]
For lost or damaged passes a 1,000 JPY re-issue fee will apply.

Article 9 [User Responsibility]
1. The owner shall go through applicable procedures in the case of established procedures for registration, etc. for using KWP services.
2. After purchasing KWP, the price paid for KWP or any other payments will not be refunded regardless of reason, unless the KWP is cancelled within a specified period through the cancel warranty system.

Article 10 [Fees]
KWP fees, calculation methods, etc. shall be as prescribed by KAMORI KANKO.

Article 11 [Contact]
The KWP owner agrees that, in the following cases, KAMORI KANKO may contact the phone number, emergency contact and email address provided when the owner applied for KWP.
(1) When contact is needed regarding KWP application procedures or accompanying services
(2) When the KWP or an item that is considered to be the member’s personal effect is delivered as a lost and found item
(3) When contact is needed regarding the use of KWP or of an eligible ski resort

Article 12 [Expulsion]
If any of the cases below applies to the KWP holder, KAMORI KANKO will hold the rights to cancel the person’s KWP membership.
(1) When defaming the KWP or damaging its credibility, or disrupting order.
(2) When it is deemed that the user has caused a disturbance to KWP operations.
(3) When it is deemed that the user is an organized crime member or associate member.
(4) When the user has caused considerable discomfort or trouble to other guests, management, the neighboring vicinity, etc. due to violent or rude behavior, or causing disturbances.

Article 13 [Suspension and termination]
1. In the following cases, KAMORI KANKO shall hold the rights to suspend or terminate the KWP of the KWP holder.
(1) If the holder’s conduct violates this agreement and other terms of agreements including those of our ski resort
(2) If the KWP is reported missing or damaged
(3) If a third party who is not the KWP holder is found to have used the KWP
(4) If the KWP holder’s membership is terminated

2. No refund will be made if the KWP is suspended or terminated.

Article 14 [Amendment of Content]
1. KWP’s service content, titles, and methods are subject to change without prior notice from KAMORI KANKO to the user. KAMORI KANKO will not be held liable due to these changes, under any circumstances.
2. All or a portion of KWP provided services are subject to being terminated upon advance notification on KAMORI KANKO’s website.
3. KAMORI KANKO shall be exempt from liability consequent upon termination due to the proceedings in the previous paragraph in the event of termination of KWP service.

Article 15 [Indemnity]
KAMORI KANKO shall not be held liable for not being able to provide KWP services in the following cases.
(1) If the starting date of KWP services is delayed than the opening day of the eligible ski resorts indicated at the KWP’s purchase.
(2) If KWP services become temporarily unavailable for bad weather, changing snow conditions, facility damage including in lifts, and for any other unavoidable reasons.
(3) If KWP services are operating in any one of the eligible ski resorts.

Article 16 [Dissolution]
In the case of the impossibility of the continuation of KWP service operations due to unavoidable circumstances, a pro-rated refund will be calculated and issued based on the number of days remaining in the season.

Article 17 [Period of Validity]
The period of validity shall be from the date of purchase until the date nearest the season’s end date.

Article 18 [Governing law]
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 19 [Jurisdiction]
Any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement or KWP (including court mediation processes) shall be brought exclusively to the Sapporo District Court or the Sapporo Summary Court.
