Carbonara
A popular carbonara made with Hokkaido cream and the king of Italian cheeses, Parmigiano-Reggiano. The rich cream, cheese flavor, and mildness make it enjoyable even for children, and sprinkling black pepper enhances its compatibility with wine.

Shiribeshi Cotriade
Inspired by the traditional cuisine of Brittany, France. A soup based on milk, cream, and seafood broth, with the rule of using seafood caught in nearby waters and vegetables and fruit from the Shiribeshi region. This is truly a locally produced, locally consumed menu.

Cheese Fondue
A cheese fondue that cheese lovers cannot resist. Dip pumpkin, potatoes, corn, carrots, broccoli, bread, and more into the abundant cheese.
