Shiribeshi Cotriade
A local French dish from the Brittany region, Cotriade, arranged with the abundant ingredients of the Shiribeshi area. This hearty dish features white fish, squid, scallops, sweet shrimp from Yoichi, hokke fish balls, and plenty of vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, leeks, and Rusutsu-grown potatoes. The soup is made with Otaru-produced white wine “Kerner,” enhancing the umami of clams. A warming “soup you can eat,” where seafood, milk, and cream melt together to comfort both body and soul.

Carbonara with Rusutsu Kogen Pork Bacon
Made with chef-crafted bacon using locally raised Rusutsu Kogen Pork and Parmesan cheese from Tokachi. The tender, naturally sweet pork and smoky bacon aroma blend beautifully with a rich, velvety sauce of cheese and egg yolk. A signature carbonara from Oktoberfest, loved by guests of all ages.

Cheese Fondue
